BidSITREP Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BidSITREP (bids.veteransolutionstx.com), a service of Veteran Solutions, LLC ("we," "us"). By registering, signing in, or using BidSITREP you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use it.

What BidSITREP is

BidSITREP searches SAM.gov for federal contract opportunities, scores them against your company's profile, emails you a briefing, and offers optional AI-drafted requirement checklists. It is a convenience tool for finding and organizing opportunities.

Always check the source. BidSITREP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official service of SAM.gov, the General Services Administration, or any government agency. Notice data can be late, incomplete, or changed after we read it. Scores and AI checklists are aids, not answers, and can miss or misread requirements. Before you bid, read the full solicitation and its amendments on SAM.gov or with the agency. BidSITREP is not legal, compliance, or contracting advice, and we do not guarantee that any notice is a fit or that you will win an award.

Who may use it

BidSITREP is for businesses and the adults who work for them. By registering a company you confirm that you are authorized to do so, that the information you give is accurate, and that the company officer you name has agreed to the request. We review new companies and may approve, decline, or later suspend an account at our discretion.

Your account and sign-in

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your work email. Do not forward it or share it. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in.
Company administrators manage who is on the team and are responsible for keeping the list current, including removing people who have left.

Acceptable use

Use BidSITREP lawfully, for your own company's business.
Do not try to get around sign-in, limits, or security; probe, overload, or interfere with the service; use bots or scripts against it; or resell or republish its output as a competing service.
Do not use it to harass anyone or to send us anything unlawful or harmful.

Plans and limits

BidSITREP is free to start. The free plan has limits on searches, AI checklists, and set-asides, shown in the app. We may change the limits or plans. If we introduce paid features, we will say so before you are charged for anything.

Your information

You keep ownership of what you enter. You give us permission to store and process it to run BidSITREP for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Notice data comes from SAM.gov, where it is public.

No warranty

BidSITREP is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its results are accurate, complete, or timely. SAM.gov and other systems we depend on may be unavailable or change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veteran Solutions, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, missed deadlines, or lost opportunities, arising from your use of BidSITREP or reliance on what it shows. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using BidSITREP at any time and ask us to delete your company's data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access, or discontinue the service, at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to give notice of a planned discontinuation.

Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change, we will post the new version at this address with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, tell users in the app or by email. Continuing to use BidSITREP after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
